What if the customer wants to retain the plot even if we have signed the buy back agreement at time of booking ?
There is open opportunity for investor, after three years builder would notify you to either sell back the plot to builder within a stipulated period or retain it with yourself. In case you continue with the plot you are free at your end to sell the plot in open market at higher prices or use the plot for your residential purpose. But it has to be intimated in time to builder.
